I created Faithfully Driven to offer modern spiritual care for these sacred thresholds—rooted in presence, ritual, connection, and meaning. You do not need to belong to a particular faith or follow a specific religious tradition to experience the sacredness of these moments.
As an ordained interfaith minister, somatic practitioner, and Usui Reiki Master, I approach my work through a spiritual, neuroscience-informed, somatic, and energetic lens. I blend evidence-informed tools with spiritual practices, energy work, ritual, and the wisdom of the body to support deeper connection, healing, and transformation.
I believe science and spirituality do not have to exist in separate worlds. My work honors what we are learning about the nervous system, attachment, the brain, and the body while also creating space for intuition, energy, ritual, and the mystery of what makes life sacred.
Whether I am officiating a wedding, supporting a couple through premarital counseling, creating a sacred life ceremony, offering Reiki and energy work, or walking alongside a woman through a season of personal healing and transformation, my intention is the same: to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and one another, and honor the deeper meaning within your experience.
